Pops
Ingredients
- 6 Strawberries
- 3-4 Cranberries
- 1 ½ Teaspoon of Orange Juice
- 1 ½ Teaspoon of Coconut Water
- 6-8 Graham Crackers
- 2 Tablespoons of Flaxseed
- ½ Tablespoon of Sugar
- Toothpicks
Preparation
- Cut each Strawberry into about 16 pieces
- Sprinkle sugar on the strawberries so they don’t burn
- Put the strawberries into a bowl and microwave it for about 30 seconds
- Get Cranberries and put them in a separate bowl
- Sprinkle sugar on the cranberries
- Microwave the cranberries for 30 seconds
- Mix the strawberries and cranberries together in one bowl
- Whisk the strawberries and cranberries together with a whisk
- Pour Orange Juice into the bowl of fruits
- Whisk them all together
- Repeat steps 9 and 10 but with Coconut Water this time
- Then smash a bunch of Graham Crackers and pour it into the previous mixture
- Keep repeating Step 12 until the consistency of the mixture is right so that you are able to roll them into balls
- After the consistency of the mixture is right, roll 1 ½ spoonfuls of the mixture for each ball
- After you have all your balls made, attach toothpicks to the bottom of each one and place the balls facing down and the toothpicks facing up on a plate
- Then place them in the Freezer for 30 minutes
- While it’s in the freezer, make sure to check on it every 10 minutes to make sure it is hardening
- After 30 minutes, crush up about 2-3 more Graham Crackers and dip the Balls into the graham crackers and place them back on the plate
- After that sprinkle Flaxseed on top of all of them
- You have made the Cake Pops, now it’s time to eat them!
